Manage approvals for changes to booked trips

• Only Admins can use this feature

When you set up a new approval process, you'll be asked to select one of the approvals for changes to booked trips options. To learn more, see Set up an approval process. 

To review and edit approvals for changes to booked trips:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Under Travel management, select Approval processes
3. On the approval process you want to update, click the three dots and select Edit
   
4. Under Approvals for changes to booked trips select one of the options or set up your own rules
5. Click Save changes
