Download an invoice or billing document

• Only Admins and Analysts can use this feature

1. Go to Invoices
2. Use the Status filter to select All, Paid or Unpaid invoices
3. Use the Payment profile filter to select one or more invoice profiles or choose All to see everything
4. Use the Time frame drop-down menu to find the right invoice. You can choose a specific month, quarter, year, year to date (YTD) or all time.
5. Click Download and choose whether you want your invoice as a PDF or CSV file

To choose how and/or when you want to get invoices, change your invoice frequency.
