Review and edit traveller details on the checkout page

You can view the following traveller details on the checkout page when booking a trip:

• Travel document
• Name
• Date of birth
• Sex
• Contact number

You can only edit traveller details when booking a trip if you are:

• The traveller - You can only edit your own details
• An Admin - You can edit any traveller's details
• The Travel Manager of one of the travellers - You can only edit details of travellers assigned to you

You can select to use the traveller's travel document or personal information.

• Travel documents: You can select from the documents saved on the traveller's profile or add a travel document. Any edits will be saved for future bookings. 
• Personal information: These details are only saved for this trip.

Edit traveller details on the checkout page

1. On the checkout page, under Travellers, click Edit details 
   
   
   
   
2. Next to Traveller, click Edit
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Travel document and you can add a new travel document
4. Click Edit and update the personal information, then click Save
