Invoices and billing
When you book a rental car with Direct Billing, the rental fees, taxes and insurance are charged directly to the company's account. In most cases, you won't need to provide a credit card.
The rental company invoices your company or deducts the amount from the pre-arranged credit line. These invoices typically include all related charges, such as extras, tolls and fuel.
These bookings will appear in the TravelPerk reporting dashboard and custom reports.
