Sync your Google calendar with TravelPerk

You can sync every trip you have booked on TravelPerk with your Google calendar by connecting your Google account.

Once set up, all bookings made with TravelPerk will be displayed with general information about your trip like the Trip ID, departure and arrival times and booking reference.

Any changes to your trips will be updated in your calendar. 

Set up your Google calendar

1. In the top right corner of your TravelPerk homepage, click your profile picture
2. Select Your profile
3. Go to the Calendar sync section and click Add trips to calendar 
4. In the Google Calender box, click Connect calendar
5. Sign in with your Google account
6. Give access to the TravelPerk Integration by clicking Allow. If you are connecting your personal Google account, you'll need to tick the boxes and click Continue.
7. Your new connection will be displayed in the Calander sync section of your profile

In your Google calendar, under My calendars you will have a calendar called TravelPerk Personal or TravelPerk Trips.

All your future trips on TravelPerk will now automatically show up in the TravelPerk Trips calendar on your Google calendar.

You can link up to 5 calendars, but each one needs to have a different email account.

TravelPerk can only read and send information to the TravelPerk Trips calendar created by the integration. We won't have access to other events on your Google calendar.  

Disconnect your Google calendar

You can disconnect your Google calendar at any time. 

1. In the top right corner of your TravelPerk homepage, click your profile picture
2. Select Your profile
3. Go to the Calendar sync section and click Edit
4. In the Google Calender box, click Disconnect

Once you have disconnected your calendar connection, you need to remove the TravelPerk Trips calendar from your Google calendar manually.
