You can sign in to the TravelPerk app using your work email or Google account.
Sign in with Google
Once you sign up for TravelPerk, you can log in to the TravelPerk app using a Google account.
Your Google account must be the same email address that is registered on TravelPerk.
- Go to the TravelPerk app
- Press Sign in with Google
- Choose an account
Sign in with email
Every time you sign in to the TravelPerk app, we’ll email you a one-time access code that you must enter to access the app.
This is a part of our authentication process in partnership with industry leader Auth0.
- Go to the TravelPerk app
- Enter your work email address and press Continue
- Check your inbox for an email containing the access code
- On the TravelPerk app, enter the code and press Continue
Trouble signing in
If you can't log in to the TravelPerk app, here are some things you can try:
- Make sure your app is up-to-date. Check the App Store or Play Store to see if there is an Update button.
- Restart the app, close it and remove it from your open apps tab. Reopen the app by pressing the TravelPerk icon.
- Turn your phone off and on again.
- Check if the account requires you to sign in with SSO. If SSO is required, try to sign in using your company’s SSO method.
- If you can’t find the access code, check all your email inboxes, including your spam or try searching for login@travelperk.com in your inbox.
- Open the browser on your mobile, go to TravelPerk’s website and try to sign in with the same email. If it works, contact our Customer Care team.
- Contact your company's IT department to see if there is a problem with your account or its configuration on your smartphone.

- The operating system you are using: iOS or Android
- The version of the app you are using
- A screenshot of the issue
