You can book a rental car on TravelPerk with:
- Avis
- Budget
- Enterprise
- National
- Europcar
- Hertz
- Sixt
Different payment options are available for booking a rental car on TravelPerk. For full details, see Paying for rental cars.
Book a rental car
To book a rental car on TravelPerk, follow these steps.
- Go to the Cars tab

Enter your pick-up and drop-off location along with the date and time

Select the driver for your trip and click Search cars
- Choose a rental car and click Select
- Check the car details and rental conditions. Select the payment options and click Add to trip
- Give your trip a name and click Continue
- To confirm your booking, we'll need a contact number for the main driver. If they don't have one saved on your profile, click Add
- Select the invoicing details and payment method, then click Confirm payment or Send approval request
Once the trip is approved or confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Only one driver can be selected when booking your rental, additional drivers can be added at the rental car office when picking up the vehicle.
Bookings for more than 30 days are not possible. We recommend splitting the trip into separate bookings for each 30-day period.
Additional fees may apply if you are under 26 and depending on the rental agency/location policy.
If you can't find a specific rental car on TravelPerk
Follow the instructions on Book a trip you can't find on TravelPerk.
Searching for locations
When you enter your pick-up and drop-off locations, you will see an icon next to each location's name. These icons indicate which kind of search results will be displayed.
- Airplane - shows results for the selected airport.
- Office building - shows results in the city.
- Location pin - shows results within a certain radius of the location.
