Understanding prepaid hotel extras

If your company has prepaid hotel extras set up, you'll have a daily allowance for meals at the hotel restaurants and other extras.

We'll let the hotel know that the selected extras can be added to the hotel bill. 

The following extras and allowances can be selected, per night, per traveler:

• Meals: You can decide the amount and add exceptions
• Breakfast: 30 GBP
• Parking: 15 GBP
• Wi-Fi: 20 GBP
• City Tax: 15 GBP

Currently, prepaid hotel extras are only available for certain hotels in the UK. 

Find hotels where you can use your allowance

When you are searching for stays, you can filter for Extras allowance options only.

You'll see the extras allowance available tag on certain hotels where you can use your allowance.

You can find more information about the extras once you click See availability.

If your selected hotel includes the extra allowance, we'll provide you with Information about the prepaid extras in the pre-arrival email. You'll have access to a virtual credit card to pay for the extras.
