Book an Airbnb on TravelPerk

• You need to have a Pro or Premium account to use this feature

There are 2 types of Airbnb bookings:

• Instant book: The booking is confirmed immediately.  
• Approval required by the host: The host has 24 hours to approve or decline the booking request. If the host does not respond within 24 hours, the request expires.

You can filter Airbnb searches to avoid waiting for host approval. Click the Filters button, go to Booking options and select Instant Book.

Book an Airbnb on TravelPerk

If it's your first time booking an Airbnb on TravelPerk, before submitting your request complete the actions on Booking an Airbnb on TravelPerk for the first time.  

You must use the email address for the first traveler's Airbnb account. If you don't, the host can decline the booking when you check in.  

To book an Airbnb on TravelPerk, follow these steps:

1. On Airbnb's website, find the accommodation you want to book
2. Check the availability and price for the number of guests you require. If it’s available, you'll be able to click the Reserve button.
   
   
   
   
3. At the top of the Airbnb page, click Share and then click Copy link
   
   
   
   
4. On TravelPerk, go to the Concierge tab and select Airbnb
5. Add the travelers - the first traveler must be the person with an Airbnb account
6. Add the copied Airbnb link, booking dates, number of guests, total price listed on Airbnb and the email for the first traveler's Airbnb account
7. Select the payment details - the invoice profile, cost center, and labels will be linked to the first traveler
8. At the bottom of the form, click Let us know and include an alternative property that we can book if your selected property is not available 
9. Click Send Request

If it's your first Airbnb booking through TravelPerk and you haven't authorized TravelPerk to book on your behalf, you'll receive an email from Airbnb asking you for authorization. 

Booking requests can expire if you do not accept the authorization promptly. 

If you've selected an Airbnb that requires approval by the host, they have 24 hours to approve or decline the request. 

When the booking is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email from TravelPerk and Airbnb.
