Booking an Airbnb on TravelPerk for the first time

If it's your first time booking an Airbnb on TravelPerk, before submitting your request, complete the following: 

• At least one traveller must have an Airbnb account. If none of the travellers on your trip have an Airbnb account, you'll need to create one before requesting to book. For more information, go to Airbnb's Help Center.
  
  
• Make sure your Airbnb account is verified to avoid issues with the booking. For more information, go to Airbnb's Help Center.
  
  
• You'll need to authorize TravelPerk to make bookings on your behalf.

Authorize TravelPerk to make bookings on your behalf

1. Sign in to your Airbnb account 
2. In the top right corner, click your profile picture and select Account
   
    
   
   
3. Select Travel for work
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your work email and click Add work email
   
   
   
   
5. Go to your work email, find the email from Airbnb, open it and click Confirm work email
   
   
   
   
6. Go to Airbnb and you'll see that your work email has been added. Next to Booking permissions, click Manage. 
   
   
   
   
7. Under People who can book trips for you click Add a travel booker
   
   
   
   
8. Enter [e-mail] and click Send request
   
   
   
   
9. Submit your Airbnb booking request following the instructions on Book an Airbnb on TravelPerk
