Paying for your stay with Sertifi

Sertifi is a platform we use to prepay for hotel reservations securely.

When you book, we send payment details directly to the property through the Sertifi portal so the hotel has everything it needs to charge your stay.

We’ll also email you 24 hours before check-in to confirm that your stay has been prepaid using Sertifi

If you’re asked to pay at check-in

Let the hotel staff know that the stay has been paid using Sertifi so they can locate the payment details in their system.
