Send us a booking request through the Concierge service.

Make sure that you inlcude the following information and we'll apply the discount for you:

• the flights you want to book with the dates and times
• the name, number and expiry date on your discount card

For other discounts, follow the same process and mention which discount card or loyalty scheme you’d like to apply.
