Add traveler information to custom fields

• Only Admins can use this feature

You can add information about travellers to User profile custom fields using the Free text option. There are 2 ways to do this:

• Individually on the traveller's profile
• In bulk using a CSV file upload

User profile fields were previously called Team member fields.

On the traveler's profile

1. Go to the People page
2. Search for the traveler you want to update and click their name
3. Next to Account settings, click Edit
4. Under Custom fields, enter the information into the custom field
5. Click Save settings

Using a CSV upload

You can use a CSV upload to add information about multiple travelers at the same time. You'll need to have a list of the traveler's emails and the information you want to add. 

1. Create a CSV file with two columns, one with email and one with value in the first row
2. Add the traveler's email and information you want to update to each row
3. Go to Account settings
4. Under Cost management, select Custom fields
5. On the custom field you want to add traveler information to, click the 3 dots and select Edit
6. Under Bulk Upload, click Import from CSV
7. Drag and drop or select your CSV file and click Import options
8. Click Save Changes
