Assigning travelers to payment profiles

• Only Admins can use this feature

Payment profiles for each company are only available to travellers assigned to that company. 

You can assign travellers to more than one payment profile.

If a traveller isn't assigned to a payment profile, they'll only have access to payment profiles open to all travellers in that company. 

You can set the permissions for your payment profile to:

• Everyone in this company - all travellers in the company will have access to the payment profile
• Specific people in this company - you'll need to select the travellers you want to have access to the payment profile

Admins and Travel Managers have access to all company payment profiles. 

Assign travelers to a new payment profile

1. Go to Account settings
2. Under Account, select Payment profiles
3. Click Create payment profile
4. Enter the card details, card holder address, payment authorizer information and click Continue
5. Select the company you want the payment profile assigned to
6. Choose Specific people in this company
7. Add the travelers and click Continue
8. Add the billing information and click Create payment profile

Assign travelers to an existing payment profile

1. Go to Account settings
2. Under Account, select Payment profiles
3. Click the name of the payment profile you want to assign travelers to
4. Go to Permissions and click Edit
5. Select Specific people in this company
6. Add the travelers
7. Click Save permissions
