Link a profile to a company account

Travellers

To link your profile with a company account on TravelPerk, you'll need to sign up using an invite or welcome email from your company admin. 

If you did not receive an invite or welcome email, contact one of your company's admins. 

Admins

If you try to add a traveller and get an error message that the email address already has an account, it usually means that this person has signed up as a new company instead of using the invite or welcome email.

You'll need to contact us so we can link the profile to your company and apply all of your settings.
