For train bookings, you can write a message about your seat selection preferences.
We can't guarantee your preferred seat, but we'll check if it's available and let you know if we have any questions or once it's complete.
To add or change a train seat after booking, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trips page
- Find the trip you want to change or cancel and click Manage trip
- Select the part of the trip you want to change
- Select Manage seat selection
- Include as much information as possible about what you would like to change or add and click Continue
We’ll email a copy of the request to the traveler once it has been submitted and one of our travel experts will complete your request.
