You can change or cancel most trips yourself directly on the TravelPerk platform without contacting our Customer Care team.
Here are the ways you can manage your trips:

Cancel the booking: You can cancel any trips, even those booked within the last 24 hours. We'll let you know the booking conditions, if there are any cancellation fees and whether you're eligible for a refund.

Change booking dates, times or routes: We'll let you know if it's possible to make changes based on the booking conditions. If changes are possible, you can add the new details and see the price for the changes.

Add or change extras, like luggage or breakfast: For hotel bookings, you can write a message about the extras you want to change or add. We'll check if it's possible and let you know. For cars, you'll need to request the extras at pick-up and pay any additional costs.

Manage baggage and seats: For train bookings, you can write a message about your seat selection preferences and we'll check if it's available and let you know. For flights, you can select your seat from the seat map and add additional checked and cabin bags. The prices are displayed and you can pay for them right away.
- Correct names: You can update the names of any travelers on the trip and add a message. The name on the booking will be updated, but the name on their profile won't be changed.

To manage your trip, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trips page
- Find the trip you want to change or cancel and click Manage trip
- Select the part of the trip you want to change
- Select Cancel the booking, Change booking dates or times, Add or change extras, Manage baggage and seats or Correct names and follow the prompts
We’ll send a notification about changes or cancellations to the person who made the booking and any travelers.
All modifications and cancellations are subject to the terms and fees of the airline, hotel, train operator or rental car company. By adding our FlexiPerk cancellation policy to your trips, you can guarantee that you'll get 80% of the cost of your trip back.
