If you can't check in to your Ryanair flight, you might need to add the booking to your personal Ryanair account.
First, try to check in on the Ryanair website following these steps:
- Go to the Ryanair website
- Click My Bookings
- Select the Reservation number tab
- Enter the booking reference and check-in email from your TravelPerk confirmation email and click Retrieve your booking
Add a Ryanair booking to your personal account
If you are using the Ryanair app, go to My Trips, select Email Address and select Add to your myRyanair account.
To add a flight booking to your personal Ryanair account on their website, follow these steps:
- Go to the Ryanair website and log in to your personal account
- Click My Bookings
- Under More options, click Can't see your booking?
- Enter the booking reference and check-in email from your TravelPerk confirmation email and click Retrieve your booking
